Roberto is a TAS Manager at EY for Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic focusing on valuations, modelling and economics. He has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, financial modeling and financial analysis. He has participated in over 50 business valuations and 50 intangible valuations. In addition, he has experience in mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations (PPA), Impairment analyses valuation, capital structure advisory, corporate debt, and working capital management. Prior to joining EY, Roberto served as Senior Associate for a leading financial services company in the Latin American region and one of the main Global Corporate Banks. He holds a Master of Finance with emphasis on business analysis and valuation from HULT in London, a specialization in Strategy and Finance for Value Creation from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania and has an Economics and Business degree from ESEN in San Salvador. Roberto has been professor at Universidad del Istmo in Guatemala, ESEN in El Salvador and has given lectures and chairs related to valuation theory and corporate finance in Central America, United States and United Kingdom.
